In preparation for the implementation of the innovative e-Qazyna platform, developed by the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Finance, Aurora employees attended a training seminar on using the new digital tool designed to streamline licensing and subsoil use management processes. The e-Qazyna platform aims to increase transparency and expedite interactions with government authorities.
Among the attendees were Vice Minister of Industry and Construction Zhannat Dubirova, representatives of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken,” the Chamber of Mines of Kazakhstan, and other subsoil user companies. Participants discussed the key technical and legal aspects of the platform’s implementation, as well as goals for its expansion and the integration of additional government services. The seminar also explored international practices that could contribute to creating a more sustainable and efficient subsoil management system in Kazakhstan.
Special attention was paid to the project’s “roadmap,” outlining the stages of e-Qazyna’s launch, including testing and data migration, aiming to minimize bureaucratic barriers and accelerate the licensing process. Participants noted that the successful integration of the platform would significantly improve access to government services in the mining industry and simplify business processes for subsoil users.
Aurora employees actively participated in discussions on the potential of e-Qazyna for their daily work, asking questions and exploring the platform’s potential in real-life scenarios. The platform’s implementation is expected to positively impact the sector by simplifying and enhancing transparency in licensing procedures.
Aurora reaffirms its commitment to supporting innovative digital solutions and will continue to participate actively in the development of technologies aimed at the sustainable and efficient use of Kazakhstan’s natural resources.
