The Capital Stroy project is made up of three licensed territories located 35 km west of the Koktas project in the Bayanaul district of the Pavlodar region. The nearest road is 15 km to the west, and the railway track is 25 km northwest of the sites.
The exploration licenses are valid until 2027, with the possibility of extension up to 2033. The total area of the three licensed territories is 142 km2.
The area is located within the Bulambai brachysyncline and is characterized by basalts, basaltic andesites, andesites, and their Lower Devonian tuffs. Copper-polymetallic mineralization with gold and silver is found in zones of crushing, brecciation, and silicification in the volcanic rocks of the Zharsor suite. The presence of plagiogranite porphyry in the oremineralized dikes of the Besshokinsky intrusive complex indicates a connection between gold-base metal mineralization and the hydrothermal activity of the final stage of intrusion. The main minerals found in the area are Malachite, chalcopyrite, and bornite.

Deposits at the initial stage of geological exploration, thick intervals of copper (visible thickness up to 56

Processing and beneficiation of ores is planned at the Koktas factory with ore transportation 35 km along the road.
