preparation of all necessary documents for obtaining a license for exploration of solid minerals. In 2019 on behalf of
the partners, AMG obtained 5 mining contracts and 5 exploration licenses,
AMENDMENTS TO SUBSOIL USE CONTRACTS
optimization of project solutions in accordance with the best world practices and standards,
development of design solutions using advanced technologies. In 2019, two additional agreements to subsoil use contracts were registered
regarding the extension of the exploration periods.
PERMISSION FOR EXTRACTION OF ROCK MASSES
Displacement of the soil at the exploration site in the volume exceeding one thousand
cubic meters (stripping works for the purpose of pilot production at the exploration site).
In 2019, for the first time under the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Subsoil and Subsoil Use”, such permission was obtained for our
partners.
PERIODIC REPORTING
1) reports on the fulfillment of license obligations;
2) reports on purchased goods, works and services and the share of local content in them;
3) reports on the composition of persons and (or) organizations directly or indirectly controlling the subsoil user;
4) geological reports.
