Maksat oversees budgeting, development of policies and procedures on the part of finance and treasury. He graduated from the Kazakh Economic University named after T. Ryskulov (Narxoz) with a degree in Accounting, Analysis and Audit. Before joining the Company, Maksat worked for more than 18 years as a chief accountant, financial analyst in various business areas - hotel, pharmaceutical, trade, heavy engineering, mining, where he was responsible for planning, analysis, financial modeling, attracting investments (DBK and EDB), budgeting, accounting, taxes, treasury, corporate finance.
