There are highly qualified ex-pat employees on site (Kazakhstan, Australia) as well as AQS hires local people and opens jobs in rural areas, the team is provided with PPE specially sewn for hot climates and on average drills 250 m per day.
The company carefully monitors and complies with ESG requirements in Uzbekistan:
- waste oils are stored in separate tanks
- pallets are placed under the fuel drums to prevent spills
- A tent for high-temperature operation is installed
- The shift change is done with two Toyota Hilux pickup trucks.
The field camp is located in the nearest village, 10 - 30 km from the work site and is equipped with fire smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, as well as HSE posters with the numbers of managers of different departments.
In addition, on the territory of the field camp, AQS has equipped its base, where mechanics together with foremen carry out service work to avoid downtime.
